SHORT CV

Jane H. (Morris) Denktaşlı, whose father was a British Army Officer, was born in Cyprus. Because of her father's duties, her childhood and early schooling was spent in Germany, Singapore, Malta, Ireland, Cyprus and England. She graduated from the University of Kent BA hons. in 1982, and she obtained an M.Sc from the City University. In the same year, she received an RSA TEFL Diploma. In 1985 she came to Turkey and on her marriage in 1989 became a Turkish citizen.
