Dr. Qing Lu is an Assistant Professor in Department of Logistics Management, Izmir University of Economics (IUE). He is experienced in logistics research, with special focus on the strategic level of supply chain management for both firms and governments such as logistics outsourcing, supply chain security and governance. His research interests also include humanitarian logistics and remanufacturing. Before joined IUE, he worked as research fellow in supply chain management at The Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific (TLIAP), the collaboration between National University of Singapore and Georgia Institute of Technology for seven years. He had led several government and industry projects in TLIAP. He obtained Ph.D. in business strategy from NUS Business School in 2006.
