Asu Karacan graduated from Ege University, Department of Agricultural Engineering in 2005. In 2005, Yapı Kredi Emeklilik A.Ş. She started her business life in . In 2013, the company name was changed to Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. and worked as an Expert in Bancassurance Sales Teams in the same institution and as an Internal Trainer within the institution. She completed his Master of Business Administration at Ege University Social Sciences Institute in 2019. As of May 2022, she worked in the Entrepreneurs Office and Local Channels at Allianz Turkey as an Entrepreneur. As of April 2023, it continues its activities with the insurance agency it owns.

She has been working as a part-time lecturer at Izmir University of Economics since the Fall semester of 2019.
