In 2018, Damlasu Uyuğ Şengün graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Psychology as a high honor student. During her undergraduate education, she conducted research and internships in the fields of stress, emotion regulation strategies and mindfulness. She completed her master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and graduated in 2020. During this process, she took part in various researches and conducted studies on job satisfaction, psychological capital, and "flow" experience. After graduation, she worked as a human resources business partner in the field of human resources in Izmir and then provided corporate business-industrial psychology consultancy services. In 2022, Damlasu Uyuğ Şengün started her PhD in Business Administration at Izmir University of Economics and as of December 2023, she has been working as a research assistant at Izmir University of Economics, Department of Business Administration.
