Ezgi Ezdar Onur is an innovation and user experience professional with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and a master's degree in Engineering Management. She was part of the founding team of the Innovation Center at the İzmir Technology Development Zone, funded by the İzmir Development Agency, and has delivered Design Thinking and entrepreneurship training across various regions of Turkey. While managing the İzmir branch of TİM-TEB Start-Up House, she provided training and consultancy to entrepreneurs, creating and implementing accelerator programs. As the founder of Design Mesh Innovation Lab and President of the İzmir Branch of the Industrial Designers’ Society of Turkey, she actively supports advancements in the field.

As a part-time lecturer at İzmir University of Economics, she teaches Innovation Management (Business Design), Project Budgeting, and Introduction to User Experience Design. Her courses encompass government-supported R&D and design projects, Lean Startup techniques, and user-centered design processes, aiming to equip students with innovation-driven thinking skills. She provides her students with a solid foundation for the business world, sharing her expertise in entrepreneurship and design.
