SHORT CV

Gökhan KESKİN received a bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and a master's degree in Design Studies from the Izmir University of Economics in 2014 and 2017. Between 2013-2014 and 2015-2016, he was an Erasmus student at Escola Superior de Artes e Design in Porto, Portugal. He graduated with a thesis titled "Outdoor Sports Area Design for People affected by Cerebral Palsy." He is currently a PhD candidate in Design Studies at the Izmir University of Economics and researching "A Participatory Interior Design Method For A Learning Environment Using Social Media and Digital Technologies." He worked at the Frekans Design Firm between 2014-2016. He started working at Yaşar University as a part-time instructor in 2016; became a full-time specialist in 2017. He was a lecturer in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department between 2019-2022. His research interests include digital design and production methods, computational design, universal design and implementations of sports areas, participatory design, and social media.
