İpek Dorak, a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Political Sciences and International Relationships, has started her career at Mindshare, as a digital media planner. She worked as senior executive and manager in the same department in the years to come. She started to work for Karınca Design, as the e-commerce and social media lead during 2012, 2013 and returned back to Mindshare as the Strategy and Client Relationships manager for Unilever ice cream brands.She worked in the same department until 2020, as director and than managing partner for all Unilever brands. In 2020, she started to work as the content strategy lead for all Mindshare brands along with a responsibility for new business processes. Within the year she took the responsibility of a department with local / global brands along with previous responsibilities and worked as CCO for 2 years. In July 2022, she started to work for Universal McCann/IPG1924 as a Manager Partner.
