SHORT CV

After graduating from Eastern Mediterranean University, Faculty of Law, he completed a master's degree in international human rights law (LLM) at Lund University with an Anna Lindh Scholarship and a master's degree in European Studies at Middle East Technical University (METU). He completed his PhD in law at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
