Merve Burulday was born in İzmir in 1992. She graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of English Translation and Interpretation in 2012. In 2013, she completed the CELTA program at Izmir University of Economics. She worked at the Izmir University of Economics during the 2013-2014 academic year. Then, she went on to work at Izmir Türk Koleji during the 2014-2015 academic year. She has been working at Izmir University of Economics since 2016. She completed her Master's on English Language Teaching at Bahçeşehir University.
