Assistant Professor Mine Kasapoğlu Turhan got the bachelor's degree.from the Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylul University in 2000. She worked as a research assistant between 2002-2011 at the Department of Administrative Law of Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylul University. She completed LLM programme in public law at the same university in 2003 and her thesis subject was “Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Agency in Turkey (From the Administrative Law Perspective)”. In 2003, she started PhD Programme in public law. During the PhD programme, she carried out her research studies in consultation with Prof.Elisabeth Rynning at the Faculty of Law at Uppsala University in Sweden with the scholarship given by Swedish Institute (2007-2008). She completed PhD programme in 2010.
