Nurbanu is a Turkish illustration and animation artist currently living in Cambridge, UK. She has a BA in Design & Technology (Parsons School of Design, New York) and MA in Screen Documentary (Goldsmith's University of London) as a Chevening Scholar. She mostly works on projects that are in touch with psychology, society, children and empowerment. Her short animated documentary 'Invisible Walls' (2016) was shown at various international festivals and received several national awards including 'Best Short Documentary' of 2017 by Cinema Critics Association Turkey (SIYAD).
