SHORT CV

Olcay Şener-Erkırtay is an assistant professor in the department of English Translation and Interpreting at Afyon Kocatepe University in Afyon/Turkey. She held her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Translation and Interpreting from Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir/Turkey. She received a grant within the scope of TUBITAK 2211- Domestic Ph.D. Scholarship. Her main research interests include community interpreting and healthcare interpreting.
