She took the training of Le Cordon Bleu Pastry. She foundend and managed the nations first cooking school for 15 years. She also founded and managed her catering and boutique cake shop until 2015. She published the first video aided cook book in Turkey, " The Copper Pot". She is a youtuber, makes TV coking shows and carries on with restaurant consultancy.
