SHORT CV

Born in 1976. Graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School. After five years of Law Faculty trying in vain, went to Marmara University Fine Arts Faculty Cinema-Tv Dept and acquired his bachelor degree from this school. He produced and directed two short movies in faculty years. Afterwards he started Dokuz Eylül University Fine Arts Institute, Dept. of Musicology for master degree. In 2008, he completed his thesis on the subject Anatolian Pop and Cultural Modernization in Turkey: Case of Mogollar Band and graduated. Currently he's on the writing stage of his PhD thesis which is about the effect of the soundtrack elements in the creation of meaning in film and the multilingualist cinema.

He’s been working as a musician and producer in many musical projects. For many years he has been producing, composing and recording jingles in his humble home studio.
