M. Tevfik ARPACI was born in 1967 in Ankara and graduated from Ankara University, Department of Food Engineering. He also completed the "Business Management Program for Engineers", in the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University. EU Project Preparation Training Completed the Project Cycle Management in the Netherlands / Amsterdam Business School (BSN).

ARPACI has been serving as the Manager in the Sales, Marketing and Quality Management Departments of Sofra Catering, KÖYTUR Ege Entegre, GlaxoSmithKline, Akzo Nobel-Organon Teknika, Tokra Medical, Tepe Grup.
He also worked as a Consultant for Burdur Altınyayla Municipality for 3 years., the
He has been working as HSE class A within the scope of the project in İzmir Metropolitan Municipality İZBELCOM A.Ş. and as the Assistant General Manager of A Plus OSGB and as a lecturer in İzmir Economics University .

ARPACI has been actively involved in projects such as "Production of Full Automatic Coagulation Device", "Production of Modular Site Coagulation Device", "Design and Production of a Product that Provides Improvement of Coagulation Devices" and Development Agency Supported Projects for the Improvement of Coagulation Devices Project for Providing Continuity in the Design and Production of a Product "and "Design of Thromboplastin and Cephalin Suppressed Super Macrophageed Cryogens, Preparation of PT and APTT Kits" was found in the work as a Project Coordinator.

M.
