Tuba Polat Saraç was born on November 12, 1971, in Istanbul. She graduated from Notre-Dame de Sion French High School, Kırıkkale High School, and the French Teaching Department of Marmara University. In 2022, she completed her Master's degree with her thesis titled "La suggestopédie en classe de langues." She has worked as a French teacher at Sainte-Pulchérie, Istanbul Saint-Joseph High School, Izmir Saint-Joseph High School, and Piri Reis Schools. In addition to teaching French, she has also held positions as Deputy Director and Foreign Language Coordinator. Furthermore, she has served as a trainer by providing in-service training to French teachers at Besançon CLA (Centre Linguistique appliquée). She holds a certification as an examiner for DELF Exams (Habilitation DELF). Tuba Polat Saraç is a founding member of the İzmir Association of French Teachers (APFİZ), established in 2003, and has been serving as the president of the association since 2021.
