SHORT CV

She was born in 1995 in Izmir. In 2013, she enrolled in Izmir University of Economics Department of Culinary Arts and Management with full scholarship and graduated with a degree in 2018. During and after her undergraduate education, she had the opportunity to develop herself in both fields by gaining various experiences in the field of cooking and pastry in Turkey and France. After her undergraduate education, she started her master's degree with thesis at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. With the desire to share and teach her knowledge and experience, she gave courses on Cooking and Pastry at the Public Education Center for a while and started her academic career at Yaşar University in 2020. She is currently doing her PhD at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the thesis stage and giving lectures as a part-time lecturer at Izmir University of Economics.
