Emrah Serbest graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration with a bachelor's degree. He then studied finance at the State University of New York and graduated with a masters degree. Dr. Serbest received his PhD degree in International Finance from Dokuz Eylul University on exchange rate forecasting and international parity conditions.
