Öznur Enes was born in 1974 in Izmir, Turkey. Completed her PhD degree at DEU Institute of Fine Arts Textile and Fashion Design Department. Artist had sole exhibitions in 2011 and 2012 and participated juried fiber art exhibitions in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Italy, France, Lithuanian, Hungary and China. Light and transparency being the basic aspects of her work, the artist also works with marginal materials such as intestines. Artist is currently working as a Assoc. Prof. at the Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Fine Arts Textile and Fashion Design Department.
